Many people and things claim to be silly, but how do you really know whether something is silly or not? CertifiedSilly.org seeks to assist individuals with making that determination. We use advanced heuristics and statistical analysis techniques to ascertain the silliness of something. Should it meet our minimum requirement of silliness, then we will issue a Silly Certification.
If you would like to apply for Silly Certification, please email AaronS@CertifiedSilly.org and include a short description of what you are requesting a certification on. Images and links where appropriate will assist us in making the determination of silliness. You may apply for certification on behalf of others as well if you would like to nominate something or someone for certification.
